How to execute an order

All orders to be placed online. An order is deemed to be completed as soon as the customer receives a copy via email of the acceptance of the same. In this regard, the customer is required to check the Copy of the Order and promptly communicate any error.

Time Delivery Of Orders

Once made and posted the payment usually takes about 24 hours for the actual shipment of the goods (technical time for packaging and shipping). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except for holidays falling on weekdays. In particular, orders received after 11:30 a.m. each Thursday will be processed starting from next Monday, except in exceptional cases or different agreements.

Orders paid for by Bank Transfer will be processed at the time of booking of the amount.

For orders placed by private individuals, inside the package you will find a copy of the order with the attached transport document. In the case of a purchase by a VAT invoice will be emailed to the delivery.

Mode of exercise of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 14 days from the receipt of the goods, a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: Saddlery, Iron Srl VIA APPIA NUOVA 1307 D/E/F/G - 00178 Rome , The communication can be sent, within the same term, by telegram or mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

Such communication must contain:

The codes of the products that you intend to return;

The details on how the reimbursement of expenses incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc) and eventual banking coordinates.

The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer intact and complete original package to the same address used for the registered letter. Once you have received the goods and verified the integrity will, in the shortest possible time, to credit the customer the cost of returned products, retaining, if necessary, the amount of postage which will remain charged to the customer.


The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not referable to their professional activity. Are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, purchases made by retailers and companies. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products:

a) audiovisual media or sealed computer software unsealed by the consumer;
b) newspapers, periodicals and magazines.


We will charge the actual amount only at the time of shipment. If the request were to arrive before that time, we will be able to fulfill your cancellation request. In the case of goods already shipped, you may instead exercise the right of withdrawal.
